Continuamos la edición de las lamentaciones de Semana Santa de José de Torres (1670-1738), organista y luego maestro de la Real Capilla de Madrid. Entre estas lamentaciones se encuentran algunas de las obras más ambiciosas del compositor. En este segundo volumen publicamos la lamentación a 5 de Torres fechada en 1726, custodiada actualmente en el Archivo de música del Palacio Real de Madrid, procedente del fondo de la Real Capilla.
