Half-breed Genomic presents a series of investigations that study race and half-breed. The researches in the laboratories of Mexico, Brazil and Colombia, seek to know the genetic, political and social area that constitute the race. The authors emphasize that the study of this is not exhaustive in research on the genomic dimension, but to understand it better, we must consider a series of social, cultural and political aspects that revolve around it. That is why this book invites us to know how the concepts of nation and half-breed interweave to define the race in Latin America.
