La violencia nazi perpetró crímenes de los que se conocen las víctimas, el asesino y sus cómplices. En cambio, las armas y los móviles aún no han sido debidamente identificados. Enzo Traverso los busca en la historia de Occidente del siglo XIX y de la Primera Guerra Mundial. Es ésta una genealogía de las formas de la muerte en serie y de las ideologías que dieron sustento al nazismo.

Esta revista fue realizada clandestinamente por un colectivo de cristianas y cristianos que se asumía “en constante nacimiento”. En razón de su fe, el colectivo tuvo el coraje de arriesgar su propia vida para modular una voz política disidente. El primer número de la revista explicita que la “simple proclamación explícita de la verdad, asumir sus riesgos pero también su eficacia liberadora es la tarea de NO PODEMOS CALLAR”. Los integrantes de la publicación siguen siendo, en su inmensa mayoría, desconocidos hasta el día de hoy.
