An architecture school celebrates its 10th anniversary by publishing representative student work, but concerned with how readers often fail to acknowledge and ultimately disregard the relevance of student ideas, reducing them to mere image-making. Mirar, ver y estudiar la ciudad de Santander desde un punto de vista matemático. Este ha sido el objetivo básico de este trabajo, y para ello observamos la geometría de la arquitectura de sus edificios y monumentos, sus formas, sus detalles y ornamentos, por un lado; y la historia o anécdotas de esos lugares, por otro. En su edición se ha utilizado la fotografía como herramienta fundamental, ayudada por el software GeoGebra, los applets Descartes y la tecnología Flash.

An analysis of the Herrmann Building designed and constructed in Bogotá by architect Guillermo Bermúdez. The book, in a general interpretation of his work, takes specific elements of the building to reconstruct the architecture of Bermúdez and to establish the differences between his legacy and contemporary architecture.
