MEDIATION OF CONFLICTS IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS - Manual for the formation of Mediators - This book consists of six designed work modules so that people interested in acting as mediators in conflicts find in them a group of practical proposals that are of use to exercise this task. The modules include: a positive conception of conflict; the use of dialogue and the development of open attitudes, understanding and empathy; the improvement of interpersonal relationships; the development of self-regulation and self control abilities; the practice of democratic participation; and the protagonism of the different parties in the conflict.
