Resumen del Libro
Ideas is an intermediate or advanced reader that emphasizes the use of reading strategies to help students become more effective readers. It has a unique format, with all readings found in the six chapters of Parte I, which are designed to look like individual magazines on high interest topics such as pets, food, relations between the sexes, and so on. Reading strategies plus exercises, as well as lively activities that stimulate in-class conversation and composition topics make up Parte II. The entire text is in Spanish, including the reading strategies themselves. All readings--from Hispanic magazines and literature--are authentic and unedited.
