Resumen del Libro

Ava, CJ, Jenna y Marta han de hacerse a la idea de que este es su último año juntas. Sueñan con su futuro y se preguntan qué está por llegar a sus vidas. El porvenir parece tan incierto y las decisiones a tomar parecen tan... grandes. Especialmente cuando han de sobrevivir al chico más encantador del instituto, Diffender. Aunque la historia sucede en el presente, el prólogo se desarrolla dentro de 30 años, en el día de la investidura de la primera Presidenta de los Estados Unidos. Pero el prólogo no nos da todos los detalles. Sólo sabemos que una de las cuatro amigas será la Presidenta. Pero no sabemos cuál. Como una especie de cuento de hadas feminista, sabemos que la chica que bese a Diffender acabará por convertirse en la persona más poderosa de América.
