Este ensayo constituye el intento de revalorizar un paradigma de interpretación de la cosmovisión religiosa egipcia antigua, el monismo y sus derivaciones, bosquejado en la década de los ochenta por egiptólogos nórdicos –Simposios de Upsala (1987) y Bergen (1988)– y que proyecta en el estudioso una percepción divergente de la experiencia egipcia de lo sagrado respecto de las interpretaciones actualmente vigentes.
