La OMPI tiene su sede en Ginebra, Suiza, y cuenta con 193 Estados miembros. Su misión principal es garantizar que la propiedad intelectual ayude a fomentar la creatividad y la innovación, proporcionando un marco que proteja los derechos de los creadores y las invenciones.
